This is one of my favorite areas in Nashville and offers so many insta-worthy stops including murals, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping - all within a 1/2 mile stretch which makes it easy to park or Uber to and see everything all in the same afternoon. If there's one neighborhood that is a must visit for any Nash Bash, it's 12 South. The tour also makes a bar stop about halfway through the ride but we opted not to because we were having too much fun! Our favorite stop on the tour was across from Nissan Stadium, which offers amazing city skyline views. He was also our personal photographer for the evening and did an AMAZING job at capturing group shots at various stops throughout the city which we wouldn't have got otherwise. He was such a blast and the best sport for putting up with us crazy gals.

It allowed us time to explore in the afternoon, got the party started that evening, and ended at a perfect time to grab dinner before heading out to Broadway.Īside from the dancing, music, and constant "woo"ing - what really made this ride worth it was our driver (ask for Donnie if you can!).
They have tours scheduled throughout the day and we ended up going with the 4 to 6 p.m. You're able to bring your own drinks and snacks and they have coolers for you on board - which once again saved us a ton of money before hitting up the bars on broadway that evening. We had 9 girls so we rented a private tour and the back of the truck comfortably fit us all. The Nashville Party Barge is a pontoon boat on wheels and rated as a must do in Nashville. fun! The bride was debating between the party barge or a pedal bike tavern and I'm so glad we ended up going this route. If there was one activity that really made our trip we all agreed it was this. Seriously so. Early wake up, clean and head back home.9 girls getting ready (it takes time, okay).Brunch at the house - during our grocery run we planned to eat in one morning for breakfast (with mimosas of course).Gifts - once everyone arrived we played a fun game with the bride to have her guess which gift each person brought.Games - not everyone in the bridal party knew one another so we played some fun games to get to know each other and the bride a little better.Arrive in town - wahoo! We were all coming from different parts of the country so we all arrived at slightly different times which was another reason why staying in on Friday night was ideal.Also, keep in mind if you plan to spend time on Broadway you're likely going to have a later start the next day (at least we did LOL).
We also had a general idea of where we wanted to head each day but were able to make changes depending on what we were feeling or stop in at new places that we stumbled upon. With that many girls it takes longer to do just about anything so plan for extra time. When planning your Nash Bash, one thing to keep in mind is flexibility.

By staying in, playing games, and enjoying the Air Bnb's hot tub, patio, and fireplace we had a relaxing first evening and were ready to hit the town on Saturday. Not only did this save us more cash, it was also a great way to kick off the weekend with a Mexican fiesta on Friday night while people were arriving and getting settled.

Having your own kitchen is a huge plus and we stopped for groceries on our way into the city and were able to get enough food and drinks for the entire weekend to have a few meals at the house. The house was also a very centrally located to drive to other areas of the city to explore during the afternoon. Our Air Bnb was located in a a subdivision outside the city in East Nashville and we were still only a short (and affordable) Uber ride from Broadway at night. You'll end up saving a lot of money as opposed to booking multiple hotel rooms and you'll all be able to stay in the same spot which only adds to the fun.Īlso, don't be afraid to book a place that isn't directly downtown. We rented the most adorable Air Bnb for the weekend which was the perfect home base for our trip. Most bachelorette parties involve multiple ladies so finding a place that will accommodate everyone is key.
